  2. Course Progress: You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content (measured by lessons/modules accessed or time spent).
  3. Digital Access: No attempts should have been made to download significant portions of the course materials (e.g., full set of PDF notes, course videos).

Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following purchases and fees are non-refundable:

  • Completed Services: Any course or service that has been fully completed (100% progress).
  • Downloaded Content: Any single digital product, such as e-books, exclusive downloadable templates, or single-session lecture recordings (unless technically defective).
  • Administrative Fees: A small, non-refundable administrative fee (e.g., 5%) may be deducted from the refund amount to cover transaction processing costs.
  • Expired Timeframe: Refund requests submitted after the 30-day guarantee period.
  • Live Event Tickets: Fees for specialized, limited-seating live webinars or in-person workshops are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Al-Dar.

Subscription and Cancellation Policy

For recurring subscriptions (e.g., monthly access to a library):

  1. First Month: The first month of a subscription is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.
  2. Subsequent Months: Refunds are not issued for unused portions of subsequently paid subscription periods (i.e., you cannot get a refund for canceling a subscription halfway through a month).
  3. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
